A sweet wine made from Gewürztraminer grapes affected by the Botrytis cinerea fungus, in its noble rot form. A sweet and exotic wine. Made from the 2015 harvest. A limited and hardly repeatable production due to the climatic conditions that this fungus needs to develop and successfully craft a new batch of this wine.
