At Enológica Oleana CB we strive to offer a fast and efficient shipping service, as well as a clear and simple returns policy. Below we explain everything you need to know.

1. Shipping

  • Delivery times: Orders usually take between 2 and 5 working days within Spain. For international shipping, times may vary.
  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and shown before order confirmation. We offer free shipping on orders over €50.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to follow your shipment status.

2. Returns

  • Time frame: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Conditions: The product must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Process: To start a return, contact us at vinos@marsilea.es.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and verify the product, we will process your refund within 5 working days.

3. Warranty
