Marsilea Verdejo White Wine

The first wine of this variety produced in the Valencian Community. A young white wine, from this year’s harvest. Light, aromatic, floral. Easy to drink. Made with cold maceration. Only free-run must (unpressed) is used. Fermented at low temperature with indigenous yeast — the natural yeast carried by the grape itself from the field.
